Stag Weekends Activities

Stag weekends are the perfect occasion to do new and refreshing stuff, so it is important to take this opportunity as a way of trying out new things that you would not be able to do during the rest of the year. It is also supposed to be an all male weekend gathering, as only the groom and his closest male buddies are allowed to join him.

Do you know all the activities that women tend to hate? All those things that you normally have to forget about when spending time with your wives or girlfriends? Well, stag weekends is the holiday break when you can make up for lost time and all of this suddenly becomes possible.

Embark on an exciting journey that will not only include the usual stuff (going out for drinks and organising a lap dance for the groom), but also amazing activities like extreme sports – bungee jumping for instance. And if you are in the mood for something adventurous yet not dangerous and you are lucky enough to be in a location by sea, you can also enjoy scuba diving or windsurfing. Otherwise, there are always more traditional sports like football, basketball or rugby as an option – or even climbing or hiking if you happen to be near the mountains.

Something that should always be done during stag weekends is actually pulling a prank on the future husband – try not to be too harsh though!

In the end, stag weekends are sure to create a fantastic atmosphere among your group of friends, and it will be an experience to be cherished forever

A Great Week in Fuerteventura

At the age of eighteen I was pretty disappointed and pretty embarrassed to be going on holiday with my parents, but none of my friends could afford to go away that year, and my parents were offering me a free holiday! I decided to go because of the [place that they were going. Dad had wanted to find something cheap, and he had found flights to Fuerteventura online at half the price they normally were. My dad is a sicker for a bargain so that was all it took to decide the location of the holiday.

I love being in the sea, and I was looking forward to the holiday because of the possibilities of windsurfing. The place was meant to be absolutely amazing for water sports so I wasn’t going to miss the opportunity for that reason alone. I have to say that in that respect the holiday was great, but the best thing about it was the night life! I wasn’t about to start hanging around with my parents in the evening, and on my first night I headed out to the main drag in the town we were staying in called Corralejo. There was music pumping out of all the bars and there were some great nightclubs above them. After a half an hour or so I met a few lads from England, and once I got past the embarrassment of telling them that I was here with my parents we actually all hit it off. I had found a group of friends for my holiday and there were some brilliant pubs too! What more could I want from my holiday!
